Identity & Contact Data: name, email, addresses, phone. Financial & Transaction Data: order details, last four digits of your card. Technical & Usage Data: IP, device, browser, cookies, pixel data. Account Data: login info (hashed), preferences. Communication Data: messages, support emails.

Contract Fulfillment, Security & Fraud Prevention, Legal Compliance, Marketing, Analytics & Service Improvement.

We may share information with Shopify, service providers, advertising partners, law enforcement, or during business transfers.

5. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify acts as both Processor and Independent Controller for certain data processes. Refer to Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy for more info.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Data may be transferred to the U.S. Transfers from EU/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent protections.

Data is primarily stored in the United States with secure infrastructure.

11. CHILDREN’S DATA, SECURITY & RETENTION

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 16. Data may be retained for up to 6 years or as legally required.
