CRITICAL WARNING: FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
This policy applies to digital products only. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales on this site are FINAL SALE once product access has been granted, and no refunds, returns, or EXCHANGES will be issued. Please read all terms thoroughly before completing your purchase.
SECTION I: FINAL SALE & GOVERNING PRINCIPLES
1. FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE PRINCIPLE (U.S. & GLOBAL)
All Digital Products offered and sold through immigrantstarterpack.com are FINAL SALE. Due to the non-tangible, instant, and irrevocable nature of digital content, no refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks will be issued once access has been granted. Customer acknowledges that digital products cannot be returned, delivery completes the transaction, and all refund rights are fully waived.
2. WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS (EU, UK & Similar Jurisdictions)
Customers in the EU, UK, or jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights agree that by requesting immediate access, they expressly waive all applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights.
SECTION II: DELIVERY, EXCEPTIONS & SUPPORT
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT
Digital Products are delivered instantly via secure download link, email delivery, or customer account access. Once access is provided, delivery is considered fulfilled. Seller is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, device/software incompatibility, insufficient storage, or connectivity issues.
4. SOLE EXCEPTION: SELLER-CAUSED TECHNICAL FAILURE
A refund may be considered only if a proven technical error originating solely from the Seller prevents product access and cannot be resolved. Customer must notify support@immigrantstarterpack.com with order number, screenshots, and description. If the issue is resolved, no refund applies.
5. DUPLICATE PURCHASES & SUPPORT SCOPE
Customers must verify their prior purchases. Duplicate purchases are non-refundable. Technical support includes re-sending download links and access assistance, but does not include troubleshooting devices, installation help, customization, or consulting.
SECTION III: LEGAL PROTECTION, LIABILITY & RIGHTS
6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in New Jersey courts unless prohibited by mandatory local law.
7. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD MITIGATION
Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks after access is granted. Seller may submit evidence including IP logs, timestamps, device fingerprints, email confirmations, server logs, payment metadata, and communication records. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination, civil action, collection activities, and reporting to fraud networks.
8. INTERNATIONAL TAXES & FEES
Customer is responsible for VAT, GST, DST, or any local digital service taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
9. COPYRIGHT, LICENSE SCOPE & LIABILITY LIMITATION
Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-commercial personal-use license. Customer may not share, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works. Violations may result in DMCA actions and legal enforcement. Digital Products are provided “as-is” without warranties. Seller is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
SECTION IV: DISCLAIMERS & POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
10. NO LEGAL, IMMIGRATION, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
All digital content is informational only and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, tax, or professional advice. Customer assumes full responsibility for decisions made using the content.
11. POLICY MODIFICATION RIGHTS
Immigrant Starter Pack may update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Website or Digital Products constitutes acceptance.
12. DATA RETENTION & EVIDENCE PRESERVATION
Immigrant Starter Pack may retain download logs, IP logs, order metadata, email delivery records, payment processor data, and fraud assessment data for up to 6 years, or longer if legally required, for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
13. BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE
At the Seller’s discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey unless prohibited by law.
14. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase, Customer confirms they have read and accepted all terms, including the final and non-refundable nature of sales, waiver of withdrawal rights, jurisdiction of New Jersey, and data retention terms. If the Customer does not agree, they must not purchase Digital Products.
