1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING & NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Immigrant Starter Pack exclusively provides non-tangible digital products, including guides, e-books, templates, and resources.
As a result, we do not engage in any physical shipping, logistics, packaging, or handling of printed or boxed materials. Your order does not involve a carrier service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
2. DIGITAL DELIVERY METHOD AND FULFILLMENT
All products are delivered electronically and are typically fulfilled immediately upon successful payment authorization. Fulfillment can occur through one or more of the following guaranteed methods:
Instant Checkout Access: A secure download link will be provided immediately on the order confirmation page after payment.
Email Delivery: A secondary, automated email containing the secure download link(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customer Account Access: If you create a user account, the product files will remain accessible within your order history for future downloads.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE AND SYSTEM DELAYS
Digital files are processed and released by our system instantly.
Due to the complexities of email systems (server congestion, ISP filtering, spam filters), the automated email delivery may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your inbox. During this time, your order status is still considered "In Delivery" by our system.
If you have not received your download link after 15 minutes, please immediately:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as automated emails can sometimes be misclassified.
Verify that the email address you entered during checkout is correct.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@immigrantstarterpack.com with your order number.
4. DOWNLOAD ISSUES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
We are committed to providing functional files. However, the customer assumes responsibility for their local environment:
System Compatibility: You are responsible for having the necessary compatible software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDFs, Microsoft Word for templates) and sufficient storage space on your device to download and view the files.
Troubleshooting: If you experience a broken link, a file not opening, or other technical difficulty related to the download itself, please contact us promptly at support@immigrantstarterpack.com. We will prioritize resending the corrected file or link.
5. FEES AND INTERNATIONAL AVAILABILITY
No Shipping Fees: Since all products are digital and delivered electronically, no shipping or physical handling charges apply. Your checkout total will only reflect the price of the digital product and any applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT, GST).
Global Access: Digital delivery is available to customers worldwide without any geographic country restrictions.
